Christie is the Clinical Director of the Denver Center for Play therapy. She also is the founder of the Boulder Center for Play Therapy where she currently practices. Christie graduated from Naropa University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT). She is also a member of the Colorado Association for Play Therapy and The Boulder Psychotherapy Institute. Christie studied for many years with Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks and The Boulder Center for Conscious Living. In addition, she has spent the last 3 years studying and working with Dr. John Demartini. She is trained in EMDR.  She graduated with her undergraduate degree from Middlebury College in Vermont. Christie enjoys everything elephant, traveling, reading, and hiking with her three dogs.
