Sara Watt, MA, LPC is the Director and Supervisor of The Denver Center for Play Therapy. She graduated from Naropa University with her masters in Somatic Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Body Psychotherapy. Upon completing her degree in addition to a two year intern/externship with The Boulder Center for Play Therapy, she awakened her inspiration and discovered that her passion lies in being a play therapist and supervisor in the field of play therapy.


She is an advocate of emotional growth in both children and adults through the lens of Attachment Based Play Therapy. Her inspiration lies in unearthing growth and opportunity in each moment, both in the therapeutic setting and in her everyday life. Sara is a Level 5 Attachment Based Play Therapy Instructor.


She is honored and inspired to to facilitate and witness the process of individuals accepting all parts of themselves, even the parts that are labeled unlovable. Sara offers an awakening of awareness of emotions held in the body and that can facilitate self-acceptance through play, relationship, mindfulness, and unconditional love.


As of March 2020, Sara will only be offering virtual therapy services. No in-person therapy services are available at this time.
